CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ?

You bet!  Our policy for online purchases are any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase date. Please note: Sale items, Underwear and Swimwear are final sale.  If you wish to return or exchange an item, shoot us an email at fiveam@sasktel.net and we will advise you on how to proceed. I MADE AN ERROR WITH MY PURCHASE, HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES ONCE I'VE CHECKED OUT?

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at fiveam@sasktel.net. Once we have shipped your item we cannot make changes to it.

I'M UNSURE ABOUT WHICH SIZE WOULD BEST FIT ME, WHERE DO I FIND THAT INFORMATION?

We know that some of our brands or individual items from our brands fit differently than others.  We do our best to state in the description if it is recommended to size up (larger) or size down (smaller) or how an item fits.  If an item fits true to size, we generally don’t comment on it. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Everything on the website is in stock in our Saskatoon store.  Most orders ship within 48 hrs, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Approximate delivery dates will be provided upon request. Shipping times for special orders will vary.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

We do periodically restock some of our items.  Please send us any special requests using the Contact Us form on our website we will do our best to advise on upcoming shipments.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN-STORE?

Yes!!  If you are in Saskatoon or surrounding area, you can select In-Store Pick Up as your shipping method and we will bag it and have it ready for you to pick up in-store during our Regular Business Hours.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? 

We sure do!  But we have to handle any orders outside of CAN/US differently.  Simply create a customer profile, add desired items to your cart and send us a request through the Contact Us page.  We can then, access your order and send you either an estimate for shipping or an invoice including shipping costs to complete your purchase.
