RETURN AND EXCHANGE
FIVE AM allows online purchases 30 days for return/exchange of regular priced merchandise for a full refund starting from the day the merchandise was purchased by the customer. To initiate a return or exchange, just shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to advise you on how to proceed through the process.
All sales items, underwear and swimwear are FINAL SALE, no exchange or refunds.

Items being returned must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed. Items must be in original condition and have their original tags. Footwear must be returned in its original box. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, FIVE AM has the right to deny refunds if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. If FIVE AM approves the return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All exchanges/returns must be authorized by FIVE AM in advance. Customers must contact us prior to proceeding with an exchange/return by emailing us at email@example.com. We will provide you with instructions along with an authorization number. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. A tracking number for exchanges/returns can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All shipping fees for return/exchange are at the customer’s expense including any additional fees such as duties/brokerage fees. We require a tracking number for all shipments directed to FIVE AM.
For your convenience, we will accept returns to be dropped off in-store at FIVE AM during regular store hours at 122 1820 McOrmond Dr Saskatoon, SK S7S 0A6. Return must be accompanied with Shopify receipt and meet all return policy requirements. Once received, please allow 24 hrs to process return.
Returns from the United States must be shipped via United States Postal Service. All returned items should be declared as a ‘RETURN OF CANADIAN MERCHANDISE’ on the customs declaration. RETURNED ITEMS THAT DO NOT HAVE THIS MENTION ON THEIR CUSTOM DECLARATION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
